■About the purchased product

■ Governing Law, Jurisdiction

• Japanese law shall apply to the formation, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of these Terms.
• The Takamatsu District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court of the first instance for disputes arising between the Company and the customer in relation to the Service or the Terms.
