■ Processing method

UV curable inkjet print
・A printing method that uses ink mixed with a resin that hardens when exposed to UV light (ultraviolet rays). By spraying the ink onto the object and irradiating it with UV light, the ink instantly hardens and adheres.

*Special colors such as gold and silver fluorescence are not supported.

・The product image is created by synthetic processing. Please note that the color of the product and processing may differ slightly from the actual color due to your monitor environment and the nature of processing.

■ Returns and exchanges

・Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been confirmed, as a general rule.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
・As this is a made-to-order product, if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective in processing, and if it is determined to be an unused product, we will take action.
