■ Processing method

Inkjet processing
・It is a processing method that sprays ink directly onto the fabric.
・For dark fabrics, apply white ink to the base and print the design on the base.

*Special colors such as gold and silver fluorescence are not supported.
*Depending on the color of the fabric, there may be stain-like marks at the time of delivery. In most cases, these marks will disappear after one wash, so we ask that you wash your garment once upon arrival. (Even if it doesn't go away after one wash, it will gradually decrease.) We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from returning or exchanging items due to press marks or pre-treatment agent marks.

・The product image is created by synthetic processing. Please note that the color of the product and processing may differ slightly from the actual color due to your monitor environment and the nature of processing.

■ Returns and exchanges

・Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been confirmed, as a general rule.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
・As this is a made-to-order product, if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective in processing, and if it is determined to be an unused product, we will take action.
