The capacity is about 310ml, a very common size.

*We use mugs developed for printing that have relatively little individual differences in quality, but please note that there are slight individual differences at the mm level. In addition, air bubbles and dents may occur during molding of the mug itself. Items on the mouth of the drink are not acceptable, but items on the handle, sides, bottom, etc. are considered individual specifications.
There is no problem with using it in a microwave oven, but please refrain from continuous heating as high temperatures may affect the printed surface. Please avoid using in an oven or open flame. Also, please refrain from using dishwashers, metal scrubbing brushes, abrasives, volatile benzine or thinners, etc.

■ Processing method

sublimation transfer
・It is a unique processing method that vaporizes and penetrates the ink by printing ink on the transfer paper and applying high temperature heat.
By penetrating directly into the material, there is no sense of incongruity (unevenness) from printing on the surface, and the vaporized ink particles adhere finely, so the texture is soft.

*Special colors such as gold and silver fluorescence are not supported.

・The product image is created by synthetic processing. Please note that the color of the product and processing may differ slightly from the actual color due to your monitor environment and the nature of processing.

■ Returns and exchanges

・Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been confirmed, as a general rule.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
・As this is a made-to-order product, if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective in processing, and if it is determined to be an unused product, we will take action.
