■ Precautions for use

・After receiving the product, wash the container thoroughly with a neutral detergent before use.
・Avoid using cleanser, metal, or nylon scrubbers.
・If you leave it in bleach for a long time, it may cause discoloration or discoloration.
・Avoid using a microwave or oven.
・Avoid using the ink over an open flame, as the ink will volatilize and discolor.
・There is a risk of discoloration if left in direct sunlight for a long time.

■ About the product

We also double-check the canisters purchased from the manufacturer, but in the following cases, we will process and ship them as they are within the allowable range.
・Pinholes on the mouth, other than the printed surface (When the unglazed surface is glazed, the air on the unglazed surface stays in the glaze as bubbles.)
・Individual differences in dimensions of about a few millimeters ・Slight dents, chips, and scratches on the bottom of the mug

・When glaze is applied to unglazed pottery, unevenness may occur and the color of the clay may appear.

・Black dots on the body (The iron contained in the soil may appear as black dots during firing.)

・There may be scratches or dents on the wooden lid.

■ Processing method

sublimation transfer
・It is a unique processing method that vaporizes and penetrates the ink by printing ink on the transfer paper and applying high temperature heat.
By penetrating directly into the material, there is no sense of incongruity (unevenness) from printing on the surface, and the vaporized ink particles adhere finely, so the texture is soft.

*Special colors such as gold and silver fluorescence are not supported.

■ Returns and exchanges

・Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been confirmed, as a general rule.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
・As this is a made-to-order product, if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective in processing, and if it is determined to be an unused product, we will take action.
