Precautions when using mugs

It is possible to use a microwave oven, but please do not heat it continuously as it will become hot and affect the printing surface.
Please avoid using in an oven or open flame.
Also, please refrain from using dishwashers, metal scrubbing brushes, abrasives, etc., as they may cause the print to peel off.
Do not use volatile benzine or thinner.

■ Processing method

sublimation transfer
・It is a unique processing method that vaporizes and penetrates the ink by printing ink on the transfer paper and applying high temperature heat.
By penetrating directly into the material, there is no sense of incongruity (unevenness) from printing on the surface, and the vaporized ink particles adhere finely, so the texture is soft.

*Special colors such as gold and silver fluorescence are not supported.

・The product image is created by synthetic processing. Please note that the color of the product and processing may differ slightly from the actual color due to your monitor environment and the nature of processing.

About product

We double-check the mugs we purchase from the manufacturer, but in the following cases, we will process and ship them as they are within the allowable range.
・Pinholes outside the mouth and printed surface
・Individual differences in dimensions of about a few millimeters ・Slight dents, chips, and scratches on the bottom of the mug

・When glaze is applied to unglazed pottery, unevenness may occur and the color of the clay may appear.

・Black dots on the body (The iron contained in the soil may appear as black dots during firing.)

■ Returns and exchanges

・Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been confirmed, as a general rule.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
・As this is a made-to-order product, if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective in processing, and if it is determined to be an unused product, we will take action.
