■ Processing method

DTF transcription
This is a processing method in which a design is printed on a dedicated special film, and only the printed part is thermally transferred (press crimped) to the main body.
・The product image is created by synthetic processing. Due to your monitor environment and the nature of processing, the colors of products and processing may differ from the actual colors.
・Due to the characteristics of the printing method, which is heat press printing, press marks and sheet films may remain depending on the shape of the delivered item and the shape of the print design. In most cases, these press marks and sheet membranes will disappear with just one wash, so we ask that you wash once after arrival. (Even if it doesn't go away after one wash, it will gradually reduce.) We apologize for the inconvenience, but please refrain from returning or exchanging due to the appearance of press marks or remaining sheet film.

■ Returns and exchanges

・Since this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order has been confirmed, as a general rule.
・In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
・As this is a made-to-order product, if it is found to be incorrect, damaged, soiled, or defective in processing, and if it is determined to be an unused product, we will take action.
